Rams Potential Trade Targets

It's nearly November, and we all know what that means. For some NFL teams, they're preparing to surrender the season and trade away talent to prepare for the 2026 NFL Draft. For others, they are looking for that one missing piece that they hope could take them to the next level in pursuit of the Lombardi Trophy.
Throughout the first 8 weeks, the Los Angeles Rams seem to be in the latter position. Though their roster all around seems to be quite stout, there are positions and players that they could be looking to improve upon.
Here are some of the most realistic, and maybe not so realistic options as November 4th approaches.
T.J. Hockenson - Tight End - Minnesota Vikings (3-4)
This one probably falls in the unrealistic category, but according to reports the Rams have made a call regarding it. If this were to happen, Hockenson would be reunited with his former quarterback from his Lions tenure, Matthew Stafford.
The way I see it, for the right price, this could be an 'all in, without going all in' kind of move. The Rams came out with a heavy 12-13 man approach in London. It worked too, so if they could get a more guy like Hockenson out there, it may open up the offense even more.
Hypothetical Trade -
Rams Receive... TE T.J. Hockenson
Vikings Receive... 2026 4th Round Pick, TE Colby Parkinson
Chidobe Awuzie - Cornerback - Baltimore Ravens (2-5)
Two months ago it'd be hard to imagine the Baltimore Ravens being in sell mode, yet here they are at 2-5. Chidobe Awuzie was a free agent target for the Rams during the offseason, clearly though he did not end up in Los Angeles, atleast not yet...
The Rams have reportedly made calls around the league about the cornerback position. It has clearly been their weakest link, especially since the injury to Ahkello Witherspoon.
This would be a big, big addition for a struggling Rams secondary. This move may take the defense from a borderline top ten unit, to a clear top five unit overnight.
Hypothetical Trade -
Rams Receive... CB Chidobe Awuzie
Ravens Receive... 2026 5th Round Pick
Roger McCreary - Cornerback - Tennessee Titans (1-6)
The Tennessee Titans are possibly the worst team in the league at this time, and are reportedly taking calls about 'every player except Jeffery Simmons and Cam Ward'. This includes McCreary.
McCreary would fit the bill for what the Rams need, and is a candidate for an extension if he performs well. He would not make much more than a dent in the Rams 2025 cap space, which they do not have much of at this time.
Similar to the Awuzie hypothetical trade, this would fill the void left with Witherspoon until he can return. McCreary is arguably the most likely of all the trades listed.
Hypothetical Trade -Â
Rams Receive... CB Roger McCreary
Titans Receive... 2026 5th Round Pick, OL Beaux Limmer
Rams GM Les Snead has proven to be aggressive to go get a stud when his team is in a competitive spot, but I think they're fairly content with the roster. This doesn't mean they won't make a move, but it certainly won't be too flashy.
